What am I all about?
Well the name is Trey Stone, and as you’ve probably guessed, I read, write and talk about books.
I’ve always loved reading. Since I was young. I was a very dull boy. I’d never run off, not make much of a fuzz, just sit there reading. I’d read when I ate, before I slept, and whenever else I had time. It’s great isn’t it?
Then I started writing.
The first book I wrote is called The Consequence of Loyalty, in a series I’ve called The Columbus Archives. It’s a crime thriller and it’s out now amazon!
I also review books, so if that’s what you’re looking for, go right ahead and jump to my book reviews page. I try to read quicker and quicker these days, because my TBR list is just getting longer, not shorter, which is annoying. But also good! More things to read=good.
I’m currently working on the second book in The Columbus Archives series, which is currently untitled. I’m also in the very early stages of a literary fiction book, and I’m entertaining myself with planning and outlining a sci-fi thriller.
In addition, I’ve written a few short horror stories that are currently unpublished, which I’ve might go a head and finish one day, and I’m collaborating on a pretty huge fantasy project that I’m guessing going to take years.
When I don’t write, I often play music, (and read obviously!), or play the occasional video game. And of course I have a day job. As an archaeologist. That’s pretty all right.
If there’s anything else you’d like to know, feel free to ask! I’m pretty down to earth, and would love to hear from you! I’m on twitter, facebook, goodreads and here. Don’t hesitate. Let’s talk about stuff. Books. Cows. Anything. But mostly books.
